Early Symptoms of Nasopharyngeal Cancer

1. Epistaxis: bleeding on one of the nostrils is one of the early symptoms of cancer of the nasopharynx.

1. Examination of the anterior nasal endoscopy

2. Nasopharyngoscopy

3. Fiber nasopharyngoscopy

4. Biopsy neck

5. Aspiration / removal of tissue using a fine needle

6. Examination of the blood lab to determine the Epstein-Barr virus serology

7. On the lateral radiographs of the nasopharynx, or CT scan of the skull base
